leakshield offers a referral program to our partners. For each referred customer, leakshield either provides 15% as a discount on the services of the partner's leakshield subscription, or 10% of the monthly rate of the referred client as a quarterly payout. The exact terms will be sent via email.

To help you recruit new clients for leakshield, our team will provide you with a 20% discount coupon for the first month of the referred client's leakshield subscription. This discount code has to be mentioned to the leakshield representative before the subscription is finalized to ensure proper allocation of the referrer. In case of larger intake (multiple creators), Tomasz can offer different terms.

With leakshield, every customer needs to interact with a member of our team before subscribing. This can take place through email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, or by booking an appointment on the leakshield.io website.

The leakshield's Referral Program ("Program") is accessible for all existing customers of leakshield who are of legal age and business capacity. The application of the program is subject to these conditions and to all applicable laws and regulations.

leakshield payments made to the referrer will be a 15% discount on the paid services of the referrer's leakshield subscription or a 10% payout from the net amount of the referred customer's monthly subscription. The choice of either a discount or payout is decided by the referrer when signing up for the program.

Discounts on subscriptions are automatically applied to the referrer’s next invoice. Payouts are made quarterly, given that the referrer has issued an invoice in a timely manner.

leakshield reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time. leakshield may also decide at its own discretion if a referred customer is suitable for the program or not. Referrers cannot recruit themselves or existing customers. Payouts will only be made for active, paying customers. Referred customers must stay with leakshield for at least three months to generate a payout.

This agreement is subject to the laws of Germany with the exclusive jurisdiction of Berlin.

leakshield is not liable for delayed payments caused by payment device errors or transmission of payment information errors. All taxes and fees related to the acceptance and use of contributions are the responsibility of the referrer. By participating in the program, the referrer agrees to these conditions.
